Welcome to your beachfront holiday home. We hope you’ll relax and have a fabulous time. 
As you will probably know you are meters from a beautiful sandy beach, and within easy reach of Norwich, The Broads National Park, and many local attractions. 

The Property

All on the ground floor, this comfortable detached seaside cottage is perfect for a small family looking to spend time on the beach.

This Norfolk coastal cottage has sea views from most rooms and features a comfortable sitting room, a fitted kitchen and two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other with a double bed.

Outside this seaside cottage are a private patio area and a large lawn garden which looks directly on to the beach, a wonderful spot for a morning coffee or an evening drink as the children and dogs play in the enclosed garden.

Location

Within Walcott itself you will find a convenience store, Kingfisher Fish Bar, The Kingfisher Cafe, 2 pubs, The Poachers Pocket and The Lighthouse both serve food and a bus stop. 

Local Amenities 

There are 2 close towns Stalham (11 miles,10 minutes) and North Walsham (12 miles, 12 minutes). Within both you will find GP surgeries, pharmacies, vets, several independent shops and cafes, pubs and cash machines. 

A Tesco supermarket and fuel station can be found in Stalham. 

A Sainsbury’s, Waitrose and Lidl can be found in North Walsham. 

Stalham - is a small town and boating centre on the river Ant. 

North Walsham - is a market town steeped in history dating back to the Anglo-Saxon times. It is the largest town in North Norfolk. 

The city of Norwich is located 20 miles away. Norwich is a cathedral city it lies by the river Wensum. Norwich is a wonderful fusion of the modern and historic. Norwich is known as the most complete medieval city in the UK with a stunning Norman Cathedral and Castle. 

There are several beautiful dog friendly (restrictions may apply) beaches dotted along the Norfolk coast line, Sea palling, Happisburgh, Mundesley, Cromer, Horsey Gap all within easy reach. 

The twin villages of Wroxham and Hoveton sit either side of the River Bure. Together these are known as the capital of the broads. Here you’ll find plenty places to eat and drink. Shopping in Wroxham is dominated by Roy’s which is split into a number of stores including a department store, supermarket, garden centre and toy shop

Two well-behaved dogs welcome with prior notice. In the interest of safety, dogs that are classified by the dangerous Dogs Act are not permitted to stay at Seaclose, this also includes XL bullies.
